Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will give you absolute control over your e-mail boxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a new email mailbox in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Additionally, you can redirect e-mails from one electronic mail account to another, finetune email filters, create auto-response messages and guard your email box accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming email messages on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your mail accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Simply specify the electronic mail account you wish to redirect mail messages from, then select the target email mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
